GENERAL CONDITIONS
Method of Reservation: All reservations will be made in writing via fax to our reservations department, 045-200402 or e-mail reservas@hotelfrontera.cl corporate. This should indicate the name of passenger, room type, date of arrival and departure of charges that your company is responsible and billing information.
Method of Securing the Reserve: By means of a deposit for the first night of stay of the passenger, or confirm by fax or corporate mail, that the company is responsible for the first night. If the passenger is not present on the date shown on the reservation, Hotel Frontera & Convention Center reserves the right to a full charge for NO SHOW.
Cancellation of Reservation: This is done in writing via fax or mail-corporate-at least 72 hours before the arrival of the passenger.
Payment: Payments for services provided by Frontier Hotel & Convention Center, will be implemented through an advance deposit or direct payment of the host, except for those companies with approved credit application 30 days from the date of issuance of the bill.
